Thank you for taking the time to check out Court House Naz!
We are a community of people who believe that life is best lived with Jesus and each other. Whether you are exploring who Jesus is or are a seasoned believer, this is a respectful, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere where you can discover what it means to live with Christ.
We invite you to come sit with us on a Sunday and see if Court House Naz is a good fit for you.
We are a small, intergenerational church that provides a welcoming environment for all ages. Our worship style reflects our diversity, featuring both hymns and modern songs that express Biblical truth. Children have a place in our worship and are welcomed into a safe, engaging space of their own.
We would love to meet you!
A MESSAGE FROM PASTOR SCOTT
Hello! At Court House Naz, we discover what it means to live life with Jesus and each other. You will find us digging deep into God's word, enjoying meals together, and hanging out over game nights or bonfires. Come explore our community. You can find answers to many questions below or call the church office; I would love to talk with you.
Google Maps does not always take you directly to the church. On State Route 35 get off at Greenfield Exit 83. We are just past SVG Chevrolet as you head toward Washington Court House. Our mailing address is State Route 41, but our street is also called Highland Avenue.
We are a growing church; when we have children they are welcomed into a safe inviting space. Maddie Brown is our Children's Director. She is a teacher at Miami Trace Local Schools. She and the teachers here at Court House Naz are all background checked; saftey is our priority. Most Sundays a month our children are dismissed with their teachers before the sermon to enjoy learning in their own environment within our building. Some Sundays a month our children stay in service and enjoy engaging activities throughout the morning. We only allow our teachers to serve once a month. This prevents teacher burnout and allows for a great experience for both our children and teachers.
Service at Nazarene Church starts on Sunday morning at 10 AM.
Every seven weeks, our church leaders take a break from serving to simply attend and participate in the service. We call this a Sabbath (or rest) Sunday. While we believe serving Jesus is a privilege worthy of our time and energy, we also recognize that God encourages us to rest.
Sabbath Sundays look a little different at Court House Naz, but they remain full of relevant worship and preaching. We appreciate your support as our servant leaders take this time to rest and renew.
Sundays at 10:30 AM | 990 State Route 41 SW (Highland Ave), Washington Court House, Ohio, 43160
